Biography

Originally from Hong Kong, Ken immigrated to Vancouver in 1973. From being a small business owner of the local community pharmacy, owning his first home when he was 25, and expanding his own portfolio of real estate assets in Canada, US, and Asia, Ken is backed with a wealth of real-life experience to help his clients. With over twenty years of personal real estate investment experience, Ken is passionate about helping others find the perfect fit for their real estate needs. Whether you may be a young couple buying their first home or a seasoned individual looking to expand his or her investments, consider Ken.


Ken’s real estate accreditations include completion of the real estate program at the University of British Columbia, being a member of the Real Estate Intelligence Network, and being a licensed BC real estate agent with Pacific Evergreen Realty Ltd. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of British Columbia. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, playing badminton, table tennis, spending time with his adoring wife and two daughters in Vancouver as well as volunteering in various local organizations, such as Lions Club, Pacific Chinese Culture Society, S.U.C.C.E.S.S., and Richmond Chinese Community Society.
